Our dinnerware is made to stay. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted using durable materials that resist breakage, fading, and everyday wear with proper care. Whether you’re setting the table for one or many, you can count on your pieces to stay as beautiful as the day they arrived.
Oops Protection
Life happens — plates drop, mugs tip, dishes chip. That’s why we offer a generous replacement plan. If an item breaks, we’ll replace it for just a fraction of the original cost. Just reach out to us with your order details and a quick photo, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How It Works
- Coverage applies to all ceramic dinnerware sets purchased directly through our store.
- Normal wear and tear and accidental breaks are all eligible.
- Discounted replacement pricing will be provided based on the item.
- If your piece is no longer in production, we’ll work with you to find the next best fit.
