We want you to love every piece you bring home. While our items are crafted and packed with the utmost care, and what you see in our photos is exactly what you’ll receive — no surprises, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy, with your satisfaction at the heart of it.


What is your return/exchange policy?

You may return or exchange eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order. Fragile pieces like vases and table lamps can only be returned if they arrive damaged (see Damaged or Broken Items below).

Dinnerware Sets

We get it — ordering dinnerware online can be tricky. Our pieces are carefully packed because they are delicate and fragile; repacking them safely for a return is nearly impossible. That’s why we’ve created a gentler solution.

See It First – Sample Option:

After placing your dinnerware order, you can request a sample piece for 150 EGP. We'll send it out for you to see and feel in person.

      • Love it? (We’re confident you will!) We'll ship the rest of your set at no extra cost.
      • Not quite right? Just return the sample and we’ll issue a refund — no questions asked.

This approach helps keep our ceramics safe while making your decision a little easier.

Vases & Table Lamps

Due to their fragile, handmade nature, these items aren’t eligible for return once unwrapped — unless they arrive damaged. We photograph our products true to life, so what you see is exactly what you'll receive. This ensures every piece arrives in perfect condition and never reships in a compromised state.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on:

      • Special orders
      • Personalized items
      • Gift cards
      • Sale items (exchange only, no refunds)

Damaged or Broken Items

We pack each item with the utmost care, but if something arrives broken, we’re here to help. If your item arrives damaged, please email Lilly at lilly@inoyahome.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and its packaging — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed from our side.
Kindly allow a bit of time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund on your statement.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, your item must:

      • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
      • Be in its original packaging and box

For non-defective returns or exchanges:

      • Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
      • An 80 EGP handling fee applies

For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
