Delivery Timelines
We pack and ship most orders by the next business day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days within Egypt, and 3–7 days for international orders. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We keep things simple — no added fees, just the fairest rate we can offer; we do not profit from shipping.

We always choose the fastest available shipping method as our standard — no upgrades needed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we’re happy to bring our carefully made pieces to your door.
Import Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country’s regulations, additional duties or taxes may apply. These charges, if any, are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. For details, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
Preorders
Preordering lets you reserve an item before it’s back in stock. We’ll share a delivery estimate once the batch is confirmed. You won’t be charged until your item is confirmed for shipping.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and its packaging. We’ll sort it out quickly and make it right.
