Can I customize or personalize my product?

Some of our pieces can be personalized with special touches. If you're looking for something custom, just reach out — we love creating pieces that feel truly personal.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, typically within 1–2 days, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to your home.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email and Whatsapp. We might also follow up with a quick call to confirm the delivery date before we begin preparing your order.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Can I preorder an item that’s currently out of stock?

Yes, you can! If an item is out of stock but available for preorder, you'll see the option on the product page.

How do preorders work, and when will they ship?

Preordering lets you reserve a piece before it's back in stock. Shipping timelines vary by batch, but we’ll update you with an estimated delivery once it’s ready. No charges are made until we confirm shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship most orders by the next business day. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days within Egypt and 3–7 days for international orders. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We always aim to offer the lowest possible rates, no markups, no extra fees — just fair pricing wherever you are.

Can I get faster shipping?

We already choose the fastest available shipping option to get your order to you quickly; expedited shipping is our standard.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Wherever you call home, we’re happy to bring our thoughtfully crafted pieces to your doorstep.

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

If your item arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery for eligible items. For delicate pieces like dinnerware sets, vases and table lamps, returns are only accepted if they arrive damaged.

How do I start a return or exchange?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Instapay and cash on delivery for local orders across Egypt.

Do you accept Instapay?

Yes, you’ll find Instapay as one of the payment options during checkout. Once selected, we’ll reach out within 12 hours to process your payment.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your payment details are completely secure. We partner with trusted payment providers who use advanced encryption to keep your information safe, so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.

Where are your products made?

Our pieces are handcrafted in small workshops across Egypt. We work closely with local makers to ensure every item reflects the authenticity, natural beauty, and quality we stand for.

How do you choose your materials?

We select materials that are safe, durable, and high-quality. Every choice is backed by careful research and hands-on testing to ensure it meets our standards for quality and longevity.

Do your ceramics have lead or any other heavy metals in them?

No, our ceramics are completely free from lead and other heavy metals. They're made with non-toxic, food-safe materials and glazes.

Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. Each piece is crafted with premium pottery clay, undergoing multiple firings at temperatures up to 1500 degrees Celsius, making them both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Will the colors or textures vary slightly from the photos?

Yes, very slight variations in color and texture are natural and may occur, and part of what makes each piece special. Our products are crafted using natural materials, so no two are exactly alike.These small differences bring character and charm, reflecting the handmade quality and organic beauty of each item.

It all began as a shared dream between my husband and me. What began as a search for décor that felt both grounded and inspired led us to craft our own brand: warm, nature-led pieces made to bring softness and soul to everyday living.Read the full story here.

We’re proudly based in Cairo, Egypt — a city rich in craft, culture, and everyday beauty that inspires much of our collection.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Not yet, but we hope to in the future! For now, we’re online-only.
